We like to start with a friendly, no obligation chat to learn more about your current bookkeeping and accounting setup - what's working well, where things might be slipping, and what you're ideally looking for.

There’s no charge for this conversation, it's simply a chance for us to understand your needs and explore how we can support you.

If it makes sense, we may ask for read-only access to your systems so we can get a clearer picture of your numbers and put together a tailored plan to help you move forward.
No Fee for Intial Consultation
Our Fees
Before any fees are charged, we take the time to understand exactly what you need and how we can help. This initial consultation is completely free, as it’s important for both of us to ensure we’re a good fit. Following our first conversation, we’ll provide a clear proposal outlining the services we can offer and the exact costs involved.

Our fees generally cover monthly bookkeeping and management accounts, with VAT and payroll available as optional add-ons. We can also prepare year-end accounts and tax returns, which are usually charged separately on an invoice-only basis. Most of our regular services are billed monthly in arrears at a fixed rate.

After our initial chat, we’ll take some time to look more closely at your figures and financial records.

Combining what you’ve told us you want, the current state of your records, and what we know from years of experience works best, we’ll put together a detailed plan for you.

This plan will clearly set out the work we can do for you, how we’ll deliver it, and exactly what it will cost.

At this point, if we haven't done so already, we usually like to meet in person. This gives us the opportunity to ask more detailed questions about specific areas we may have identified during our initial review.

This is an opportunity to chat through any questions you might have, and give you a clearer picture of how we work. It also helps us both ensure we’re a good fit for a successful working relationship.
No Fee for a Quote
Agreement
Once you're happy with our quote, we'll prepare a formal agreement that clearly outlines everything we've discussed — including the scope of work, delivery process, costs, and any other relevant details. This ensures there’s no confusion and both parties can move forward with confidence and peace of mind. Work will begin as soon as the agreement is signed by both sides.
